Using Kudos

Kudos provides a marketing intelligence and execution platform, AI agents, and optional services delivered by in-house Kudos marketers.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for the accounts and platforms you connect.

Approvals and autonomy

Agents operate within the autonomy level and guardrails you configure. Actions that change live platforms require approval unless you explicitly enable autopilot within defined limits.

You remain responsible for advertising spend, campaign content, and compliance with the policies of connected platforms.

Services

Expert engagements — project, part-time, full-time, or fully managed — are described in a separate order or statement of work that sets scope, duration, and fees.

Fees and billing

Platform subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Service engagements are billed as described in the applicable order. Published prices are starting points and may vary by scope.

Intellectual property

You own your data and the marketing assets produced for you. Kudos retains ownership of the platform, agents, and underlying technology.

Termination

Either party may end a subscription at the close of the current billing period. Upon termination you may export your workspace data.
